This Is It

Just a quickie (ha) before I head out to Kentucky for the 4th of July weekend! Matty and I have wedding counseling with my grandma's hubbie tonight and tomorrow. There will obviously be some grandma bonding time in there as well. It's a three hour drive from Cinci so we have to get going if we want to be there for dinner time. Dinner time in the great state of KY tonight will be Sonny's BBQ! I cannot wait to have real pulled pork again. And after a week of strenuous working out I think I deserve some. Mmmm ...

But first, before we can enjoy this delectable dish we need to burn a few calories. So here's the last installment for the week.

Friday

 Cardio 2-3 mile run - Try to beat Monday's time!
 Work Out
  • Bicep Curls 3 sets of 6 reps
  • Tricep Push Down w/ Cables 3 sets of 6 reps
  • Dead lifts with Dumbbells 3 sets of 6 reps
  • 3 sets of Max Push Ups
  • 3 sets of 50-60 Free Squats
 Abs
  • 3 sets of 30 second planks
  • 1 set of 20 second side planks
 Full Body Stretch

After today you can relax. UNTIL MONDAY!! SUCKERRRRRRRSSSSS!!
