Is there a legitimate reason you don't provide health care for your employees' families? (After you've flown us halfway across the world and won't let us leave - ever - or go on vacation. Training camp? Death sentence.)

These are just a few of my concerns. I forgot to mention that you still use that little language barrier thing to say "I no understand English too good" when we ask for things. Except that you then forget (again) to mention that you've been running this organization for 30 plus years and your main purpose is to find great import players to boost ticket sales, sponsorship, and recognition for your team. Did you realize most of these import players are Canadian and American? Therefore 9 out of 10 times English is their main language?

Maybe our husbands just don't say these things. It is a job they love and they feel so fortunate to keep playing this childhood game well into almost-middle-age. Thus making it difficult for them to really asses the damage sometimes.
Or I think we're just being ignored. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.
