Boom Boom Pow

I had one of these moments on Friday. I got to the gym fully expecting to run 5 miles. After a solid four I was feeling good, had some great songs going on the iPod and decided to run a full 6.25 miles (a full 10k race). Boom Boom Pow isn't my favorite Black Eyed Peas song to run to but they do have two beats that get me pretty pumped up. Not sure what it is about Fergie and the boys but they definitely know how to mix a killer beat.
