Mega Yacht Streets of Monaco

 If you thought the Helicarrier in The Avengers was stunning, here is a fancier water equivalent that would leave even Tony Stark gaping. Because believe it or not, the ‘Streets of Monaco’ is a megayacht that replicates the principality! Clearly this mini-city is something totally up Stark’s alley! And even then its something the fictional billionaire couldn’t have imagined. Why? Go on and read.

 For starters, the super ship is a catwalk-on-water with the faux Monte Carlo Casino, the Hotel de Paris, La Rascasse, and even a beach-like swimming pool as permanent showstoppers. That couldn’t have been topped were it not for “The Oasis,” a cavernous space at the rear of the ship with central waterfall feature, a giant Jacuzzi, and walls of arched windows said to be modeled after the gardens just outside the Monaco Casino.

 Then there is of course the replica of the Grand Prix track that lets cruisers race around just like the pros. Now if only the pros approved of go-karts, still, it’s worth a shot! As are the helicopter pad, mini submarine, speedboats, and several swimming pools. Not to mention the guest accommodations, which cover much of the yacht’s second floor. The seven guest suites include a couple of VIP suites, which measure a whopping 3,800 square feet each, complete with a full suite of communal amenities, including a cinema and library.

The owner’s cabin on the other hand is spread over three floors and measures more than 15,000 square feet. You can imagine what that could mean but I can tell you that whatever you picture, include “numerous balconies, and private sundeck with Jacuzzi.” And the construction cost of over $401 million for the entire thing! The design child of Yacht Island Design, it can accommodate 16 guests and 70 crewmembers. It is still a work in spectacular progress, however, which is no surprise given its exhaustive imagery. “We are actively looking for clients either private or commercial with the vision to realize this new and interesting design direction,” said a representative.

Lady Petra Superyacht by Heesen

 Launched this spring, Lady Petra is a beautiful 47-meter (154-foot) superyacht by famous Dutch manufacturer Heesen. Developed in close collaboration with its owner, the vessel is not only luxurious and technologically advanced, but also very nature friendly. Its exterior design comes from Omega Yachts, while the lavish interiors were created by Bannenberg and Rowell.

In all, there are 240 square meters (2,583 square feet) of space to enjoy on the yacht, distributed over three decks, and including some of the best amenities of today. Up to 12 guests can find excellent accommodation onboard, including 4 guest staterooms on the lower deck, a VIP suite on the main deck, and a master suite on the upper deck.

There are also many entertainment and socialization areas onboard, including a lounging area on the main aft deck, a minimalist yet cozy main saloon with a central lounge, fore dining are and aft pantry, an alfresco dining and lounging area on the upper aft deck, dining arrangements on the sun decks, and comfy sunpads on the fore upper deck terrace. Of course, the main sun deck area boasts a lavish Jacuzzi, a fully-equipped bar, a large dining spot, and a lovely spot for lying in the shade.

All staterooms feature luxe upholstery, warm colors, marble, and wood essences for an ultimate luxury experience. A central staircase leads to the lower deck, where the 4 guest rooms are situated, with a lobby at the center. A little higher in the vessel is the VIP room with en suite facilities and a large bedroom, while the master suite on the upper deck flaunts its own media room with 65-inch flat screen TV, plus an adjacent treadmill and study.

Magnificent Numptia Superyacht

 Built by Italian shipyard Rossinavi Yachts, the luxurious Numptia superyacht is now on the market for 64.228.502 Euro ($85 million). The 70-meter (almost 230-foot) vessel is a custom yacht with exterior design by Design Studio Spadolini and interior work by Salvagni Architetti. Its naval architecture was done by Axis Group Yacht Design.

Large enough to comfortably accommodate 12 guests, Numptia has one impressive master suite, one VIP suite, three queen-size double cabins and one twin stateroom. The full-beam owner’s suite is located on the main deck and it boasts a central bedroom, a study, a TV area, a reading room, his and hers dressing rooms and a grand bathroom equipped with a shower area and a central bathtub. The large VIP cabin can be found on the bridge area, together with a radio room, a guest sitting area, an alfresco dining area and a library. The other four cabins are located on the lower deck and all rooms feature cutting edge audio-visual entertainment systems.

The main deck boasts floor-to-ceiling windows that afford sweeping views of the waters, a dining area, a galley and a central bar. The most alluring amenities include the sun deck with its open-air entertainment possibilities, and the luxurious spa deck with steam room, sauna, gym area, a barbecue area, a bar and comfy sun beds for lounging
