Bumble Bee inspired

Here was my look I wore to work, it was a FREE FOR ALL (so whatever we like for halloween); I kept it simple but FUN. cuz I wanted to be able to wear it out after work.

I did the black brows, just simple yellow shadow on the lid and outter corners. Black liquid liner on top, black pencil liner on the lower lash line and water line on the outter corners as well. Threw on some Sephora 'Elegant' lashes on top, and Daiso #4 lashes cut in half on the bottom. Nyx - Hestia Lipstick I originally wanted to do black lips, but I didn't have any black lip products at hand; so I just threw on whatever I had. Oh ya and a hint of Mac Solar Riche bronzer.

So tomorrow is officially halloween and at work we are going for a FAIRY WONDERLAND type feel. I'm still unsure of what I'm going to do exactly. But theres definitely going to be glitter involved. I'm never good with glitter, since I've always been the clumsy type; be spillin all over the place. I'll try to get some pics in for tomorrow's look as well. And what my costume is going to be for tomorrow night. Have a good one.

Here is another outfit of the day for you guys. I just went to Target to pick up a couple things for thee house, it was a gloomy day but not cold enough to rock a jacket. Enjoy.

Gloomy warm day

So I'm new at this whole OOTD type deal, since I'm not usually all that girly and fashionable everyday... I thought I'd give it a shot and share with y'all what I wear (don't expect much! haha i'm a noob), since I am more of a makeup type gal. Any who today was a GLOOMY yet WARM DAY here in SF. Certain area of the city is sunny and warm, but overall gloomy and warm everywhere else.

These booties are extremely comfortable, I love the rubber sole under the wooden platform; easy to take on and off with the zipper entrance. PLUS, with the rubber sole it's more casual to wear practically everyday because it doesn't give you that 'CLICKITY CLACK' noise, that causes everyone to stare or glare at you expecting you to be all dressy. Shake your head if you feel me on that one, how you don't want people to GOCK the crap out of you when you are just trying to check your daughter in for a doctor's check up. hahah... since I wore these to her doctor's appointment today. Hey just because your a mom doesn't mean you can't dress girly to feel better! Am I right or am I right? Until next time! Take care loves!

Weddings

Alright so last night I had attended my friend's wedding with the hubs (Juls), we dropped off Illiana at my mom's since babies weren't invited. The wedding took place at the Fairmont hotel and it was very extravagant and gorgeous, food, could've been better in my personal taste. I barely ate anything really, the first course was raw Tuna; I never really liked tuna but I gave it a shot. It tasted alright in the beginning, then it made me sick about a quarter into the banquet :/ I knew I shouldn't have eaten it. Reception started at 6pm and by now it is 9:10pm and I am definitely not feelin good, I was cold and felt like yackin. My appetite was definitely lost. Eugh. So I went to the bathroom and shoot my mom a call to check up on Illi and see how she's behaving (since she STILL not willing to take the bottle), my mom tells me she had just woken up from her nap and started to scream & cry for bloody murder. She asks me to come back immediately and feed her, because she would NOT take the bottle at all. I think that also added onto my nausea, I was feelin nervous and worried of her all night from the start because I knew she wouldnt take the bottle and I was afraid this will happen. So Juls and I had to leave early and headed out to pick up Illi from my moms. But overall the setting and set up of the wedding is very classy and nice.

so the other day my look of the day to match a sunny ass day was a simple SMOKEY EYE from the Stila Smokey Eye Palette (the ones with 4 e/s). can be purchased at your local COSTCO (: if u're costco carries Stila. heh. imma keep this blog short. but i promise i'll make the next one worth it! :P oh yea, i havent gotten a chance to upload in the Socal VS.
