Dun, Dun, Dun,

Oh, Hockey, how I love thee. And don't love thee at all, actually. My days revolve around you, or lack of you, or whether you're on TV, the internet, TSN, ESPN, work - yes, work. Also I run into your friend "the work out" often. Sometimes my plans have to be put on hold for the work out. Or the work out has to happen before the rest of the day can begin. I would like to say good-bye to the both of you. For the next, maybe, 2 weeks. Because after tonight you are over - for at least 2 weeks.


Believe me, I won't miss you. I'll be happy to see you come again soon though. Someday. When summer work outs kick-in, and old man shinny starts up. I say old man because he's old(er than me). These are the times you'll be around making me unhappy though. It won't come until next season when you're whisking me off again to a beautiful land far, far away. So until then, good riddance.

In case you're wondering what made me happy today ... it was finding some pretty cool things on the ol' internet here. Ever heard of Business 2 Blogger? You should check it out if you're looking to make some money on your blog. I've also decided I'm going to carve out a little more of a niche for this blog. I have yet to really determine what it is, and there still will probably be several things I talk about (i.e. life in general) but it's going to have more focus. I say that now. Let's just see what happens. I also found a great new blog! She's a Fit Chick was featured on Fitness magazine's blog yesterday. She might have inspired me to run this thing towards a new niche. I said maybe. Again, I'm not there quite yet! But I like her stuff, this post because I'm traveling soon, and her mantra. Check it out.
