Liz and Us at The Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum

Yes, this is old news by now, but many of you have not seen this, particularly those that visit Liz's blog (and/or mine) and are not Facebook pals. I have plenty of more new happenings to blog about after this, so check back, okay?

So this was back in July, when we went to The Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum. Liz was kind enough to give us the guided tour, which we were unfortunately late for. We semi-rushed from exhibit to exhibit, checking out the local wildlife in this very interesting zoo of sorts. I'll leave it up to pictures and captions now.

I'm pretty sure this "play cave" is for kids only, but I'm really just a big kid at heart.  ;)

Wow! My sweetie got an awesome picture of this owl with it's handler. I just love owls!

This is a raven during the Skyhunters show.

An owl during the Skyhunters show. The show was wonderful.

Here's a hawk, about to fly over the audience. They came so close to our heads!

Liz and the kids are trying to look at something. What can it be...?

Aaahh! It's a snake! ... Liz didn't touch it. Hee hee.

Ice cream. Yum! Liz bought it for the kids. What a sweetie!
