This magnificent spacious Belle Epoque villa originally built in 1875 is located in the residential area of ​​Menton close to its former palaces and within a short walking distance of all amenities and just a few minutes from the town center and the beaches. The villa enjoys views of the surrounding hills and vieux Menton with a glimpse of the sea.

The villa built on two levels has living space of 350m² (including an attached annex with its own independent entrance) and to the south, a mature landscaped garden of 2500m² and a swimming pool.

The villa offers spacious accommodation, with large windows and high ceilings of more than 4m.
